Too crowded at night, but though the service was great.

There was enough staff. Didn't have to wait too long for my order. Food was warm too. All good.

The slowest drive in in Karlsruhe! 3 cars, 15 minutes waiting time ... Muhlburger Bahnhof is the better MC and the choice is bigger

Unfriendly, food is not prepared properly, in this McDonald's has educational needs, but burgerking is even better, I no longer go to McDonald's Oberreut with my children, many employees have to learn German first

Drive-in is really quick here. No comparison to the competition (although the burgers there taste a little better there). So far, I've always received exactly what I ordered via the APP. Now and then there are small problems with the APP. Otherwise I am glad that you are here in the current difficult situation for everyone - thanks for that.

Time (ca18-19: 30) I got really sick last night, the one without a mask / face mask prepares the food and speaks the whole time, the other does not wear it over her nose ... and also sings ??? I wanted to know why the man is not wearing a face mask, so I was just looked at with disrespect and spoken in the local language. What's wrong with these people ???? I will continue to take steps, this is a criminal offense! WKD / or anyone else should look at these people who work there. I will definitely not go into this shop again.

Two errors with three orders ... Otherwise ok

Was in the drive in, but it was very busy. A star deduction because despite the clear announcement "with ketchup" at home, nobody was there.

At this branch, unfortunately, only lukewarm, almost cold food in the drive-in. And if you also order an ice cream for dessert, it will always be ready immediately. So that it can melt until the rest is packed. Then it's easier to drink after the semi-raw white fries and cold burgers. Sorry people but wrong order !! I prefer to wait a few minutes longer, but get freshly prepared, crispy and hot food !!!! Other branches can do that too!

Milk shake and co. there wasn't what the smaller one was. A mouthguard was not worn at all, on the neck or only up to the mouth and not over the nose. A case for the WKD. Never again.

Normal branch, everything was okay during my visit.

Still half standing in the doorway, I'm asked if I want to eat here or if I want to take the food away. Without a good day .... Employees in the kitchen, working with the mask under their noses and hanging completely on their chin. Bad.

Wonderful evening. Insanely great food. We celebrated a special occasion and worked our way through 4 courses. Have now gone home very full and very happy. Thank you for the extraordinary evening!

Everything was packed properly, nothing was missing. And it went comparatively quickly. Since that was far worse at other branches: 5 stars. Otherwise a normal Mc-branch.

Since I've been ordering from Mcdrive, the food has been served with bare hands. The McSundae ice cream is implemented better from an environmental point of view, but since there is no lid, the employees do not pay attention to whether they are touching the ice cream with their bare hands and simply pushing it into the beverage container. Hygienically abnormally disgusting. Especially in the time of the corona virus. Oh yes, there weren't any masks either!

Completely satisfied. Better products than in France, good prices. Fast service. The parking lot is pretty darn small and cramped though.

Overall okay, but there were already two items missing that I had ordered. It's a shame if you notice it 20 kilometers away! If you have special requests, you also have to take a close look, processes simply don't fit here!

Staff with very poor English skills

The branch has its own way of maximizing profits! The third time in a row that ordered and paid products that were fetched at the McDrive are missing. Loss this time 8 €, because this is only noticeable at home. Sad children included! Definitely not recommended for this kind of obviously faulty quality control!

The one guy is absolute machine! He never stops working. Unfortunately they didn't serve us our 2 McCurrywurst and I had the coldest worst Big Mac I've ever had. A McDonald's worth giving a miss!!!

Just ordered a double steakhouse beef menu in the drive through and first of all it only came with one patty. Then it was drenched in the chilli tomato sauce. Finally the cheese was south of the patty so it was glued between the salad and the sauce.... sorry guys get your game on properly.

I like now the automated machines. Fast and easy service. The Staff are also friendly and not complicated.The toilets are also clean and they have more space. Kids and adult have plenty of choices. Parking area is also good.
